The Tsígo Bugeh Village is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit project. These affordable, multi-family units are reminiscent of the traditional pueblo two-story buildings. They are clustered around communal plazas oriented on the equinox and solstice axes. These solar axes reflect ancient building patterns of the Anasazi and converge at the Community Center. At Tsigo Bugeh Village you can plan for the future by looking to the past.

How To

Qualifications & Rent

Tsigo Bugeh Village Homes are available to qualified Ohkay Owingeh Tribal members only, and are geared toward low-income households, with the exception of nine units which are designated for higher incomes.

Rents range from $276 to $736 depending on income levels and floor plan.
