Salary – $30,888 – $46,342

Intelligence – Work involves formulating, and managing the operations of the Tsigo Bugeh Village Property, in coordination with the Housing Authority. Responsible for financial, physical, administration, marketing, leasing, and professional development of a Tax Credit Property. Establishing objectives, standards, and control measures for programs which are moderate in scope and in impact. Oversees policy in own area of authority and provides input into other phases of operation; coordinates activities; and provides assistance and guidance.
Leadership – Opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamic leader with the experience and expertise to join the Ohkay Owingeh Housing Authority Team. The Leasing Agent is responsible for planning, developing and implementing functions and business activities to support the property. The Leasing Agent plays a critical role in assisting to establish the vision, priorities and policy direction for Tsigo Bugeh Village, in coordination with the Housing Authority.

Qualifications – High School Diploma or GED plus two (2) years’ experience as a leasing agent or property manager; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must successfully pass a pre- employment alcohol/drug screen and background investigation.
